LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

At Alpha AutoGlass, every installation is backed by our Alpha Shield Workmanship Warranty — included at no extra cost.

This warranty covers issues directly related to our installation, not normal wear or outside damage.

✅ What’s COVERED

Our workmanship warranty covers installation-related issues such as:

• Water leaks caused by improper sealing

• Excessive air noise or air intrusion resulting from improper installation

• Adhesive or seal failures

• Improperly set or secured glass

• Manufacturer defects in glass or installation materials

If something isn’t right due to how the glass was installed, we’ll inspect it and make it right.

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Rock chips, cracks, or damage occurring after installation

• Normal road, wind, or vehicle noise not caused by air intrusion

• Accidents, collisions, vandalism, or theft

• Pre-existing rust, body damage, or vehicle structural issues

• Stress cracks caused by vehicle design or prior damage

• Reused moldings, clips, or parts at customer request

• ADAS or camera issues not directly caused by installation

⏱️ Warranty Terms

• Warranty applies to the original vehicle only

• Proof of original service is required

• Vehicle inspection may be required before warranty approval

• Warranty covers labor related to installation, not unrelated vehicle issues

🤝 Our Promise

We stand behind our work. If an issue is determined to be installation-related, Alpha Autoglass will repair it at no cost to you.

If the issue is outside the scope of workmanship, we’ll explain why — honestly and clearly.

🪨 Chip Happens COVERAGE $39.00

1-Year UNLIMITED Rock Chip Repairs

Rock chips happen — especially on New Mexico roads. That’s why we offer Chip Happens Coverage, an optional 1-year protection plan that gives you peace of mind after your windshield replacement.

For just $39, you’re covered if a rock chip decides to ruin your day.

✅ What’s Covered

• Unlimited rock chip repairs for 12 months from your install date
  OR

• $75 off a windshield replacement if the chip cannot be repaired

• Applies to the original windshield we installed

• Valid for 12 months from service date

• Replacement credit is limited to one occurrence per coverage period.

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Cracks that spread beyond repairable limits

• Damage caused by accidents or collisions

• Chips on glass we did not install

• Damage to side, back, or other vehicle glass

• Pre-existing damage

Coverage Terms

• Valid 1 year from installation date

• Applies to the original vehicle and windshield

• Repairs must meet industry repair standards

• Credit has no cash value

• Credit applies only to services performed by Alpha AutoGlass

Replacement & Continued Coverage

If windshield damage exceeds industry repair standards and a replacement is required, the $75 replacement credit from Chip Happens Coverage may be applied toward a new windshield installed by Alpha Autoglass.

Once a replacement is performed using the credit:

• Chip Happens Coverage will continue for the remaining coverage period on the newly installed windshield.

• Unlimited chip repairs remain included for the remainder of the original 12-month term.

However:

• The replacement credit is considered used and will no longer be available during the remainder of the coverage period.

Customers who wish to receive a new replacement credit for the newly installed windshield may purchase a new Chip Happens Coverage plan at the time of the replacement service.
